Security Update - log4shell

You may have heard about the IT security world being lit on fire this weekend, since the revelation of a vulnerability in a widely-used piece of software.

We won't go into all the details here, as there is lots of reporting going on that covers them ad nauseum. However, we do want to reassure our clients that we have been monitoring the situation and are reaching out to our vendors to ensure that the tools that we use are not vulnerable.

For our Managed Support clients, we took precautionary measures on Friday to lock down any potential exposures and are in the process of patching any vulnerabilities. We will be reaching out to provide results of further investigation in the near future.
