Matt Behrens
Principal
With over a decade of experience in the technology field, Matt has seen the industry from many angles, giving him an eye for the big picture. Focusing a significant portion of that time serving small businesses in the Comox Valley, Matt prides himself on being able to provide the service and solutions that are necessary for the task at hand.

Matt is the founder of Northrock Technologies and looks forward to decades more of serving the many organizations within the Comox Valley, Campbell River, and beyond.
Jeff Jung
Technician
Moved to the Comox Valley in 2019. He previously spent over 20 years running all aspects of an IT operation for a mid-sized manufacturing company.

He brings not only technical knowledge but also experience in applying technology to solve business problems.
​
When he is not at work he is with his family or out puttering around his hobby farm.
Sullivan Cooksley
Field Technician
While Sullivan has been in IT for just over a year, his ability to catch on quickly has made him an asset to the Northrock team. With 10+ years of retail experience, his customer service skills are cordial and concise. His dry sense of humour only adds to the field technician experience for our clients.
Born in Surrey and raised in Campbell River, Sullivan lives with his wife and two cats in Courtenay and enjoys gaming, trying new restaurants and food and a good Dad joke.
Jenna Poitras
Field Technician- South Island
Jenna Poitras thoroughly enjoys her work and the people she gets to do it with. She moved to Victoria in 2020 and can't picture herself not living close to the ocean now. Jenna is known for being a quick learner and an excellent problem solver. She is passionate about her work and takes pride in providing quality service while also exploring new ways to improve her skills and grow professionally. When Jenna isn't working, she loves spending time outdoors or curled up with a good book. She's always planning her next adventure, whether it's a big trip or simply exploring more of beautiful Vancouver Island.
Stella & Scout
Support's Support
Stella (black-tri) arrived at our shop in August 2019. She loves a good belly rub, but don’t let her goofy smile fool you, she’s always alert and ready to bark-growl at anyone suspicious walking by!

Scout (adorable-merle) showed up in November 2020 and can go from destructive-ball-of-energy one second to adorable, “who-me?” the next.
​
While their tech skills leave a bit to be desired, these two pups have become an important part of our day-to-day lives, we hope you get a chance to meet them!
