Usage Information and History: Northrock Technologies usernames and passwords, ip address, support ticket history, visit history to northrock.tech and related websites;

Northrock generally uses personal information for the following purposes:
for billing purposes, including managing, administering, collecting or otherwise enforcing accounts;
for general administrative purposes and to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, insurance, security and processing requirements;
for customer relations purposes, we may contact customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services; and

Disclosure of Your Personal Information

Personal information, NOT including financial information, may also be transferred to third party agents or service providers we engage to provide technical support on our behalf, some of which may be located outside of Canada. Customer IDs and Passwords
Customer identification numbers and passwords issued by Northrock are the responsibility of the customer to keep safe and confidential. Customers must ensure that only authorized personnel access their accounts. If for any reason you are concerned about this, please contact us at email@example.com.
Northrock collects information about visitors to its web sites such as: length of visit, the pages visited and the referrer. Northrock may also use “cookies” to help track sessions or for other administrative purposes.
