Standard Rate - $150/hour

Priority Upgrade $275/hour (minimum 1 hour)

Note: This will upgrade your ticket to our highest priority and we will continue to work on it during Our Business Hours.

Off-hours Remote Support - $225/hour

Note: 1 hour minimum; subject to technician availability; response times may vary. 

​

Off-hours Onsite Support - $300 flat rate

Note: Includes 1st hour; Subsequent hours billed at Remote rate ($225/hr); subject to technician availability; response times may vary.
