Standard Rate - $150/hour
Priority Upgrade - $175 one-time fee (per ticket)
Note: This will upgrade your ticket to our highest priority and we will continue to work on it during Our Business Hours until the issue is resolved, or until we require information or resources outside our control.
Off-hours Remote Support - $225/hour
Note: 1 hr minimum; subject to technician availability; response times may vary.
Off-hours Onsite Support - $300 flat rate
Note: Includes 1st hour; Subsequent hours billed at Remote rate ($225/hr)
